Products are for cosmetic purposes only and have not been approved by any medical or pharmaceutical licensing body. It is your responsibility to determine that the products are suitable for you and it is not our responsibility to do so.

Where the Site or any Submission made by any user includes views, opinions, advice and recommendations, these views, opinions, advice and recommendations are not endorsed by us and we do not accept any liability on account of the accuracy, defamatory nature, completeness, timeliness or otherwise of such views, opinions, advice and recommendations.

We try to make sure that all information contained on the Site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but the information is of a general nature and not intended to comprise of all the information relating to the subject matters referred to by the Site and therefore we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this Site.

Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

The Site or documents sent with a product, or the packaging or labelling of a product may contain instructions for use, warnings, contra-indications and other notices. You must read and follow these notices carefully and ensure others who use the products do so. Subject to the important liability statement, we will not be legally responsible to you if any of these are not observed. Any product or other information (for example, product ingredients, instruction for a particular product beauty use) is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based upon any information contained in the service. You should seek independent professional advice from a person who is licensed and/or qualified in the applicable area.

In order to purchase products, you must submit a valid Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, or debit card, or valid PayPal payment login. You warrant that the payment card or PayPal login you submit is yours. All credit/debit card holders and Paypal users are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment provider. We are not responsible in the event that your payment card provider refuses to authorise payments.


We only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any counterfeit items.

All stock and prices are subject to availability.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. 

I didn't receive my order confirmation?- Once you have placed an order, we will send you out your confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you didn’t receive this email, and have also checked your junk folder, contact us at beautyboxbytammy@gmail.com

​Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in the images on our website. 

You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.

The price of our products (including VAT) will be the price indicated on the order page when you place your order. Although we try to make sure that the price shown on the website and order page are accurate, some of the prices may be incorrect. If we find a mistake in the price of a product you have ordered, we won't be able to accept your order and we'll contact you as soon as possible to give you the choice of continuing with the order or cancelling it. If we can't reach you we'll treat your order for the incorrectly priced product as cancelled.

Can I change the items on my order? - Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders, we would love to be able to change this for you, however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed. 

I received the incorrect items- We're sorry you have received incorrect items! Please use the CONTACT US section to send us your order number, and a clear photo of the items received along with your packing slip. Please use the email address associated with your order.

Free Samples/Free Products offered at checkout or as an advertised promotion are not 100% guaranteed. From time to time, the samples that you added at checkout may not be included in your order when it arrives due to availability or shipping restrictions. We are so sorry for any disappointment this may cause.


Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days however this can vary depending on postal delays. 

Missing items - We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept out apologies if you have received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order. Please note that all orders are checked for content by two individuals. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that a mistake will be made in respect of content. Photographic evidence of your order confirmation and received items is required in order for us to investigate any missing/damaged items. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. 

​We are not responsible for delays outside of our control - Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any delays once your parcel has been posted. 

​Providing the correct shipping address - The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. We post all orders to the address that you provide us with so please ensure you double check before submitting your order. If you provide us with the wrong address and the parcel is not returned to us we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Returns & Complaints
You can return items to us within 28 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or accept returns if the item has been opened or used. We do not refund postal charges for returns unless they are faulty or incorrect.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, we always endeavour to respond immediately where possible.

Missing orders which are dispatched will not be deemed missing until 15 working days have passed.

Damaged items - Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you receive a damaged item. If you require a refund for a damaged item we required photographic evidence of your order confirmation and products received in order to process your claim. 

Refunds - If you are entitled to a refund you will receive the price you paid for the product by the method you used for payment. Unfortunately items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or returns. 

I wish to cancel my order - will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. 
Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate. 

Beauty Mystery Box & Bags T&Cs

  • We cannot accept returns or deliver refunds on any of our Mystery Beauty Boxes or Bags unless there is a fault or damage to the products upon delivery. Please contact us via email if you have received a faulty/damaged product in your beauty box.
  • Please note that there is a small chance that you may receive duplicate products however, we try out best to provide each and every customer with new products in every box.
  • Please note, the mystery box/bag items ‘worth’ is calculated by adding together the full price at which we sell the products. If an item is currently on sale it’s ‘worth’ will be the cost of the item at full-price not the reduced price. Prices of the items on other websites is not representative of the items ‘worth’ in our mystery boxes. 
  • Our boxes predominately include makeup and beauty tools however skincare is occasionally included. 

Lucky Dip Purchases
  • Please note that all lucky dip purchases are not eligible for return or refund. 
  • We cannot guarantee that you will not receive duplicates if multiple lucky dips are purchased.

Not heard of a brand included in your beauty box? - We occasionally include products from small businesses to help them with promoting/ growing their brand. We only include products from small businesses if we believe the quality is of a high standard. By including these products we are giving our customers the chance to try out new and exciting brands before committing to paying the full price tag.

I wish to return a product- We will pay the costs of return if the products arrive faulty/damaged. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return. 

Freebies/Doubling Up

Please note that all items that are received as freebies are non exchangeable. During our doubling up promotions items are valued according to their RRP. Please note that the RRP of the product may be more than the price the products are sold for on our website (in many cases our prices are cheaper as we aim to provide a competitive price compared to other retailers). Any sales/offers from our page or other retailers do not outline the RRP of the product. All retailers can charge less than the manufacturers recommended retail price (RRP) if they wish.

You must not attack our Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.  By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.  We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.  In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Website will cease immediately.
